Best experience with any repair company by far. Called for a plumber to quote me for a new water heater and they were able to have someone come by, give me a quote and have the job complete the next day. Ali was very professional with his work and cannot recommend him enough.
I literally never leave Google reviews but felt the need to this time. Called on a stat holiday and technician was around within the hour. Daniel was super respectful, great communication, checked in about cost saving/repair options and fixed our furnace/thermostat issue that had been ongoing. Such a wonderful change from previous plumber who was giving us the run around, 100% recommend.
I was very impressed with the service received from this co. I called to replace a gas hot water tank. They were able to service my request with in 2 day response. They arrived on time as they indicated. In addition, I saved over $200 in comparison to others for the same brand and a longer service warranty. They were very efficient in the installation process. I highly recommend Mario and Arnis and would use this co. again for any other requirements.
I am thrilled with the help they gave me. I had one of their plumbers come and check out the hot water tank and plumbing in this apartment I wanted to purchase. He was very friendly and professional but mostly he was very honest with me. I’ve had other companies try to upsell me on things I didn’t need but they didn’t do that. It was so amazing and refreshing to see honesty. I ended up buying the place and actually have peace of mind. Will 100% use them again.
I don’t usually write google reviews, but this one really deserved it. Amazing service, very professional, efficient, and reasonably price. Over all very satisfied with the service done to fix my water heater and would 100% recommend them and use them again if i needed to. Other companies charge way more for lazy, inefficient service, but this is not the case for these guys at all! Didn’t waste any time yet also didn’t take any short cuts, just did what they were supposed to and got the job done!
