I literally never leave Google reviews but felt the need to this time. Called on a stat holiday and technician was around within the hour. Daniel was super respectful, great communication, checked in about cost saving/repair options and fixed our furnace/thermostat issue that had been ongoing. Such a wonderful change from previous plumber who was giving us the run around, 100% recommend.
I was very impressed with the service received from this co. I called to replace a gas hot water tank. They were able to service my request with in 2 day response. They arrived on time as they indicated. In addition, I saved over $200 in comparison to others for the same brand and a longer service warranty. They were very efficient in the installation process. I highly recommend Mario and Arnis and would use this co. again for any other requirements.
I am thrilled with the help they gave me. I had one of their plumbers come and check out the hot water tank and plumbing in this apartment I wanted to purchase. He was very friendly and professional but mostly he was very honest with me. I’ve had other companies try to upsell me on things I didn’t need but they didn’t do that. Other companies charge way more for lazy, inefficient service, but this is not the case for these guys at all!
